EPSDT Personal Care Service (Non – Waiver)
EPSDT – Personal Care Services are available to EPSDT eligible recipients (up to age 21 years) that meet the medical necessity for these services. These services are not intended for providing respite.
In addition, EPSDT – PCS may not be provided to an individual that is receiving MR/DD Waiver Personal Care Attendant services until that waiver.
