Personal Care Attendant

Personal Care Attendant (PCA) waiver program provides personal care attendant services instead of institutional care of persons who meet certain disability standards.

PCA services are services performed by a personal care attendant that will meet the needs of recipients whose disabilities preclude the performance of certain independent living skills related to the activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, food preparation and storage.
