ROW Residential Option Waiver

The ROW program aims to provide individuals with the support they will need to smoothly transition from a care facility to their residence within the community. The program allows a capped budget that will depend on the individual’s assessment.
An individual is eligible to benefit from a ROW waiver after meeting the following requirements:
- Medicaid Eligibility
- Fits the Louisiana definition for developmental disability
- Individual is qualified to receive OCDD and must possess the documentation and certification to verify their eligibility.
